Despite perfect blood work and no broken bones in the x-rays, he can't stand or control his body from falling over. What could be causing this and is there any hope for recovery?

My female Labrador has a slowly growing, spongy swelling at the bottom of her front leg, now the size of a plum, which doesn't appear to hurt her but could be caught or rubbed. Should I see a vet and have it removed, especially since the vet previously suggested removal if it got any bigger?

Our certified purebred, Canadian Champion Golden Retriever has a low sperm count/damage to his testicle(s), which our breeder attributes to him swimming in a freshwater, spring-fed lake. We have tested him for Brucellosis, which came back negative. Is there any known correlation between swimming in a lake and low sperm count/sterility in dogs, or any other potential causes for this issue?
