How do I go about getting disability insurance, and can I collect disability while I'm on social security if I am still working but have fallen sick with heart problems?

My 4-year-old daughter experienced severe upper back and neck pain, followed by vomiting, screaming, sweating, paleness, shaking feet, inability to hold her head up, and rolling eyes. This lasted a few minutes and then she was fine. Our pediatrician thinks it was a seizure. What could this be and what further tests are needed?

I am 54 years old, 6'5" tall, weigh 400 lbs, and have Type II Diabetes with good control (HA1C 5.7). My main issue is a retracted penis that remains cracked and bleeds when scar tissue tears during erection. Despite losing 110 pounds, I have not seen a decrease in fat in the pubic area, which prevents my penis from remaining extended. I have undergone two procedures to remove tissue restricting blood flow, but I still experience pain, burning, and need to use a steroid cream to prevent infection. I am on 200 mg of macrobid daily to control bladder infections. I want a solution rather than just treating the symptoms. Is there anything that can be done, including surgical options?
