My skin itches a lot, especially at night. I feel like something is crawling all over me. I get a sharp pain like a bite of some kind, and I scratch, which makes the area red. What could be causing this?

I am 54 years old, 6'5" tall, weigh 400 lbs, and have Type II Diabetes with good control (HA1C 5.7). My main issue is a retracted penis that remains cracked and bleeds when scar tissue tears during erection. Despite losing 110 pounds, I have not seen a decrease in fat in the pubic area, which prevents my penis from remaining extended. I have undergone two procedures to remove tissue restricting blood flow, but I still experience pain, burning, and need to use a steroid cream to prevent infection. I am on 200 mg of macrobid daily to control bladder infections. I want a solution rather than just treating the symptoms. Is there anything that can be done, including surgical options?

My 6-year-old daughter constantly picks her nails and insect bites, watches TV excessively, and is falling behind at school despite being diagnosed with ADD and on medication. Her behavior at home is often oppositional and includes hitting and kicking. I'm worried this could be depression or anxiety. What should I do?

Why would my temperature be low? It is between 94.6 and 96.9. I am a type 2 diabetic, on thyroid medication, diabetic medication, blood pressure medication, and cholesterol medication. I just got over malaria that I got from being in Uganda, Africa. I did take mefloquine while on this trip. I had a fever during the malaria then when it went down is when I noticed that my temp was so low. It has been 3 weeks now and I have checked it off and on during the day. I am still not feeling myself and am very tired. Could the low temp be from the malaria?

I have a cold and flu that is almost over, but I still have a runny nose and both ears are blocked with a little fluid behind my eardrum. My eustachian tube is blocked, and the doctor said it could take 1-3 months for the fluid to drain. Will my ears stay blocked for 1-3 months, or will they get better sooner? If the medications don't work, should I ask for antibiotics, as they helped a lot last time? How long should I wait before seeing a doctor again if there's no improvement?
