Can I see my period and still be pregnant if I am about two months pregnant?

I have a small, rock-hard lump about the size of a small marble on my throat on the right side, high up and almost under the angle of the jaw. It's painless, but the area around and above the lump is wasted away, and looks completely different from the left side of my neck. Is this something that I should be worried about?
