For the past week and a half, I have had a pain in the middle of my back (bottom of my rib cage) that worsens with certain movements and standing for long periods. This has also led to stomach pain and pressure, and I have recently started spotting, which is not due for my period until the 18th. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with a cyst located in front of my spinal cord behind my aorta. What could be causing these symptoms, and what kind of doctor should I see?

I have a bad rumbling in my throat/chest when I breath and a bad cough that brings up thick mucus. When I blow my nose its thick mucus too. No fever. Fatigued. A little pressure in my sinus. No ear ache/pain. No severe chest/lung pain, just discomfort. Get sweats/chills in AM and PM. Had this for a week now. Is this bronchitis? Supposed to fly 4 hrs tomorrow am. Thoughts?
