I accidentally inserted pieces of tissue into my vagina while checking for my period. Will this cause toxic shock syndrome, and what can I do to remove the tissue if it's still inside?

I don't know how many months pregnant I am. I had unprotected sex on September 10th and thought I had a period two weeks later, but it only lasted two days. I didn't have my period in October or November, and I had protected sex on November 8th. I visited my GP in early January and was told I was 12 weeks pregnant, but I gave the wrong date of my last period. I had an ultrasound at an abortion clinic that said I was 13 weeks pregnant with a due date of July 22nd. I'm confused about who the father might be and if the ultrasound could be wrong.

I burned my vagina and cervix with Vitamin C powder 6 months ago while trying to treat an infection. I have been leaking mucoid fluid constantly since then, with no detected infections. I bought Silvasorb gel to treat it but am unsure if it's safe for internal use, as it says it's for external use only. What can I do to treat this chronic condition, and should I consult a doctor?

I started taking Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg on October 2nd, and my blood pressure numbers have been fine, but they are currently spiking. Will taking another dose at the 12-hour mark help? If it keeps rising, at what point should I consider going to the ER? Also, is it normal for blood pressure to be normal and then spike so high as opposed to just being consistently high?
