I have a slight tightness/cramping sensation and a burning sensation in my left leg, specifically in my calf, which started yesterday. I have had charley horses in the past but never this burning sensation. I also get occasional migraines and am on birth control. I am 33 years old and have not had any recent falls. What could be causing this and what should I do?

How many mg of dilaudid PO equals one 40 mg oxycontin ER PO? I need to switch from oxycontin to dilaudid due to insurance issues and want to avoid withdrawal or overdose. I'm currently on 120mg oxycontin ER three times a day, 6 2mg dilaudid for breakthrough pain, and 3 10mg diazepam for muscle spasms. I have severe chronic/terminal pain and hypertension but am not currently taking any medication for it.
