When taking a deep breath, I feel irritation in the lower part of my throat. It's not severe, just uncomfortable and a little worrisome. I have a history of Crohn's disease and have had some heartburn. What could be causing this irritation?

I have been experiencing chronic fatigue, head fog, slurred speech, slow speaking, gastrointestinal issues, and muscle spasms for many years. I have also had issues with my spine diagnosed as spondylolysis, which causes pain in my back, buttock, thigh, calf, and foot. I have had blood tests that show normal thyroid function and cholesterol levels. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I've been working on building a boat and recently spent many hours grinding fiberglass, sweeping it up, and washing my hands with acetone in a well-ventilated area. About three weeks ago, every joint in my body started aching, and I've had severe night sweats, making it hard to walk. I've also been painting car bumpers in my garage, sometimes with poor ventilation. Could these activities be causing my symptoms?

I had a fusion of T8-T12 in 2014. Now a CT scan shows the screw at T-8 has moved into the spinal canal. Should I be worried about this? All screws have lucency around them. What about the screw causing a spinal fluid leak? How will I know if the screw compresses the cord?

I went to a strip club and had intimate contact where a woman kept my finger in her mouth and kissed it for a few seconds. I have no cuts or sores on my fingers or mouth. Do I have a risk of HIV transmission?

My son has been sick since he went to college. He has lost almost 35 pounds since September and has had strep throat three times, pink eye, and now strep type C. His blood work shows abnormal results: WBC 13.3, Lymphosites 11.8, Absolute mono site 1.1, Absolute neutrophils 10.5, ALT 166. Could this be mono? He is starting to feel better from amoxicillin and his throat is getting better, but I'm worried about these numbers and the frequent illnesses and weight loss without dieting.
