Hi, I had botox injection for Chronic fissure yesterday. Went well but tonight in fair amount of pain. Have read about thrombosed hemmoroid risk - is this likely and anyone know what percentage get this following this procedure? Doctor seemed very good and was proud of fact he developed using a `dental syringe` to deliver botox which meant finer needle use which benefits patient. Thanks

I have a slight concussion and had a clean CT scan this morning. Now when I try to lay down, I get a vibration and pressure in my ears and head, and the migraine caused by the concussion is worsening. I am also having trouble focusing my vision and am vomiting. What does all this mean?
