I'm currently taking Topamax 100mg and experiencing heaviness, tiredness in my eyes, and twitching in my lower left eye. Is this a dangerous side effect? Should I see my doctor or continue taking the medication?

I have been experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain along with a swaying feeling while standing. I had a head CT 7 weeks ago which revealed nothing. Should I have another? I also have severe anxiety and Crohn's disease. I am 42 female.

I have been suffering from Polymyalgia Rheumatica for 14 years and have been on Prednisone, but it keeps coming back. My joints, particularly my knees, hips, and shoulders, are in bad shape, and my muscles in my back and thighs are very weak. I get tired quickly when walking and my knees become stiff after sitting for a while. I can't live like this anymore. What can be done to help me?
