How should I treat heel tendon pain with swelling? I awakened with sudden onset, no exertion involved. Pain radiates up the back of the calf almost to the knee. Could it be gout?

Would a CT scan with contrast show bladder cancer or would that only be diagnosed through a cystoscopy? Additionally, I am experiencing constant urination and pain on my right side, which has led me to worry about bladder or ovarian cancer. I have attached my CT and ultrasound reports for review. Could the 1cm ovarian follicle mentioned in the reports be an ovarian tumor, and could my 5cm fibroid be causing the pain I am experiencing?
