Is it carpal tunnel? My symptoms include squeaking and intense pain in my middle fingers after 8 hours of work, especially in my right hand which also radiates up to my elbow. My left hand only hurts in the middle finger area. There isn't much numbness, but the pain is severe. Additionally, my right thumb sometimes hurts, and I have a history of neck problems, including stiffness and soreness.

I recently started feeling like my heart stops when I doze off at night, accompanied by numbness in my right arm and waking up in a panic hitting myself in the chest.
