My husband and I are trying to conceive. We have a daughter, who just turned two, and we had a hard time conceiving her. I am irregular, and the test we did with my husband 3 years ago concluded that he has slow motility. Currently, I am using an ovulation test, so I know I am ovulating. The problem is I keep rejecting the sperm. Is there something I can do to keep it in? I already elevate my hips.

My husband has aspiration pneumonia due to his epiglottis not shutting tightly, leading to silent aspiration of thickened liquids into his lungs. He has a peg tube and has been told he can never drink or eat anything for the rest of his life, not even chewing gum. We presume this is from a stroke. Is there anything besides speech therapy that can be done to help him?
