I am 47 years old and have been on oral birth control (Mircette) for 9 years. I have not missed a pill and have had 2 negative home pregnancy tests and one negative blood test. I have experienced periodic queasiness, dizziness, depression, and left-sided ovarian pain similar to ovulation pain. My last period was longer and heavier than usual. Could I be pregnant or is this perimenopause?
