I am a 17-year-old female experiencing progressive muscle weakness, fatigue, muscle twitches, cramps, sharp pains, tightness, shortness of breath, palpitations, difficulty with focus, short-term memory issues, and a restless sensation in my muscles. My handwriting and coordination have deteriorated, and I've lost flexibility and stamina. Blood tests and MRIs have ruled out several conditions, and an EMG/NCS showed no abnormalities. Hyperreflexia was noted in my knees, and reflexes in my arms were barely noticeable. What could be causing these symptoms, and are there any ways to relieve them while we search for a diagnosis?

How do I get over my fear of bugs, especially ones that crawl? I freak out when I see a bug, and I need help.

For the past many years, I have always had bowel movements three to four times a day, most often about an hour after eating anything. My stools are loose and I have gas. What can I do?

I have had my tubes tied for 6 years and now my menstrual cycle is way off balance. I want to consider having another baby. Is that at all possible, and what could be causing my menstrual cycle to be off balance?

I am pregnant and had an ultrasound. The radiologist told me I am 9 weeks pregnant, meaning I conceived on the 12th of last month. However, after having intercourse on the 12th, I took Plan B and took Deprovera shot 2 days after that. Before they gave me my shot, I was tested and I am not pregnant. But on the 15th, I had intercourse again. Is it more possible that I conceived on the 15th instead?

I have extremely painful spasms of my diaphragm, often triggered by movement but not always. The spasm starts under my left ribcage and moves towards the center. This has been occurring for a couple of months. Sometimes I experience nausea, but not every time. My bowel movements are fine, and the pain is an absolute 10 on a scale of 1-10. I haven't undergone any tests yet. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
