I am a 27-year-old female beginner runner who started in March and is training for a marathon in September. My longest run so far is 11 miles in 2 hours and 1 minute, and I've completed 26 miles this week. I'm running at an elevation of 4,895 ft / 1,492 m. Is my time for 11 miles good or average, or am I still doing poorly?

I have some measurements done using Apple Watch via some apps. It always says 'ENERGY is low!' Any advice to improve body energy levels? Is it related to the stents implanted? I get worried that the stents might get covered and tighten. My cholesterol is 124, but HDL and triglycerides are both okay.
