I am a 28-year-old female experiencing frequent diarrhea and constipation, sometimes with blood in stools, difficulty urinating unless I defecate, and pain in my back, buttocks, and chest. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, insulin resistance, and lactose intolerance. I recently had a gynecological operation and have a Mirena IUD to manage menorrhagia. My thyroid functions have been tested and are within the range considered normal by my doctor. I also have diffuse minor fatty liver, which is unexpected given my diet. Is this bowel issue normal, and should I see another doctor or go to the emergency room?

I have lost days and/or hours while doing everyday activities, such as driving and talking to people, with no recollection of what I have done. My doctor says it is a Functioning Hyperglycemic Episode and not to worry, but I am concerned. I am a Type 2 diabetic and rely on an insulin pump. What could be wrong with me?

Why am I always cold? I wear 3 pullovers when others are in t-shirts. All blood counts, thyroid, etc., are okay.

I have continuous pus-filled lumps on my pubic area and groin, with enlarged lymph nodes in the same area. The lumps do not spread but reappear after antibiotic treatment ends. The lumps are purple, sometimes connected by a purple, raised line, and are the size of a little-finger-nail. There is no itching or discomfort, but significant swelling in the groin. My urine is foul-smelling and often contains blood. What could be causing these lumps, and what steps can be taken to identify and treat the infection?
