I am a 28-year-old male experiencing severe pain on the right side of my back, approximately halfway between the top of my right buttock and shoulder blades. The pain sometimes causes nausea and can be so intense that I cannot get out of bed. I have seen several doctors, each providing a different diagnosis, including arthritis and a black spot on my X-rays. The pain sometimes radiates to the front of my stomach and my right hip. What could be causing this pain?
