I am a 28-year-old male experiencing severe pain on the right side of my back, approximately halfway between the top of my right buttock and shoulder blades. The pain sometimes causes nausea and can be so intense that I cannot get out of bed. I have seen several doctors, each providing a different diagnosis, including arthritis and a black spot on my X-rays. The pain sometimes radiates to the front of my stomach and my right hip. What could be causing this pain?

We have been trying to get pregnant for about 9 months with a miscarriage about 10 months ago. No luck and lately my breasts have been extremely sore from a couple of days before ovulation all the way till after my cycle. I have about a week on a cycle that my breasts do not hurt, is that normal?

My son has an abscess on his gum below a baby tooth with a cavity that needs to be removed. The dentist prescribed an antibiotic, but it won't be available until tomorrow evening. I used warm salt water to help the abscess drain, which seemed to improve the situation. However, I'm concerned about the infection spreading and the delay in starting the antibiotic.
