I am worried I have Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and that my organs are failing. What would be the symptoms, and how could I tell what my oxygen level is now?

I've had dental work done and am experiencing symptoms such as a stiff neck, pain in my teeth roots and sinus area, TMJ-like issues, ringing in my ears, and a visible abscess on my gum causing a lot of pain. I take Klonopin for anxiety and CBD oil, but neither helps with my oral facial pain. What could be causing these symptoms and what further steps should I take for diagnosis and treatment?

I had an abortion over 11 weeks ago and have taken multiple negative pregnancy tests (3 store-bought, 2 urine tests at doctors' offices, and 1 blood test). Despite knowing logically that I cannot be pregnant, I am experiencing stomach twitching and an upset stomach, similar to my previous pregnancies. I also have a bothersome feeling under my right rib cage. Could these symptoms be related to something other than pregnancy?

I have intermittent aching in my left front mid thigh, aggravated by twisting or rotating the leg to relieve the achiness. It has awakened me for the last 3 nights and continues on and off throughout the day, disappearing for months and then returning. I am 57 years old, in good general health, and overweight by about 50 lbs, but this happened when I was thinner too. What could be causing this and what should I do?
