I am a 70-year-old female experiencing night sweats that range from almost dry to pretty damp. I take various supplements but no prescription medications. The sweating has worsened in the past 3-4 months. I have a history of hormone use around menopause and recently had pelvic sonograms indicating thickened uterine lining and fibroids. My thyroid levels are low normal, and I am not diabetic or have gout. I drink 2-3 cups of black tea in the morning. What could be causing my night sweats and what can I do to address this?

I have been having troubles with my past relationships because all my partners have the same blood group as myself (AS). I want to know the probability of me having a child with SS (Sickle Cell) as either the first or second child in my family. What are the chances of not having an SS child for my first two children?

I experience a 7/10 lower backache bilaterally in the afternoon, which is worse when sitting and relieved by bowel movements. This started about two weeks ago, and I have normal daily bowel movements. I had a normal colonoscopy last year and don't recall any specific event that might have triggered this. I also had gastric bypass surgery five years ago. What could be causing this backache and what can I do about it?

I have a hairline fracture on my lower jaw at the place where the third molar ends. I went to the dentist after a week and was told that the initial healing was done. I was also recommended to get my third molar extracted. No TMJ complications though. What measures have been taken to treat the jaw fracture, and what further steps should be considered?
