I suffer from depression, worthlessness, and anxiety. I am afraid to leave my house and haven't left it for 5 months this time. I feel like there's no point in being here. I am a 30-year-old male experiencing chest pain on both sides for the past two months. The pain is present throughout the day and worsens when I press my chest ribs. I have undergone TMT, echo, ECG, and chest X-ray tests, all of which are normal. My eosinophils and hemoglobin are high, and I have low Vitamin D and hyperthyroidism above 7.5.
