I am out of Valium but have a prescription for Ativan that I never took. Can I switch to Ativan without experiencing withdrawal symptoms, and how should I adjust the dosage? I also take Lisinopril HCTZ 20/12.5 and Atenolol 75 mg per day. Will this be an issue?

8 days ago, my boyfriend gave me a bear hug from behind, causing excruciating pain. An X-ray showed no broken ribs, but the pain persists and is uncomfortable, feeling like a huge ball in my right side that occasionally pops. The pain is felt along my right side and sometimes in my belly, especially when I move, cough, or have a bowel movement. Should I be worried? Will my body return to normal? Should I seek more medical advice?
