I'm on my period but my tummy is very swollen and painful (cramps) particularly in the lower left side, it feels like it does when you have a tummy bug but I'm not sick or anything like that. I feel heavy and sluggish. I'm not usually like this when I'm on my period. What could it be?

I have been experiencing green diarrhea, horrible cramps, nausea, hot sweats at night, weakness, an ill feeling, a sore back, shakiness, the sensation of needing to vomit but being unable to, and excessive gas for the past five days. The symptoms are not always persistent but are particularly severe at night and have been keeping me awake. I also have hypothyroidism and have experienced sore neck muscles and left gland pain for over a year. What could be causing these symptoms and what can I do to alleviate them?

I noticed the lump this morning and was at the hospital last night for kidney stones. What could be the cause of the lump and should I be concerned?

My ear clogs up in the morning or sometimes when I press around my temple area near the external ear. This also happens if I put anything in the outer ear canal and push up, causing a pressure sensation that extends to the nostril on the same side. After a shower, water entering the ear causes persistent pressure without pain, just discomfort. Is this the beginning of an ear infection, or could it be something else?
