My 3 1/2 year old son unbuckled his car seat and stood up, hitting his mouth hard when I had to brake suddenly. He has a Y-shaped split in his lower lip about 1/2 inch long and is complaining about wiggly teeth. He won't eat, is whiny, and won't play with his siblings. Should he go to the emergency medical center or wait to see the dentist on Monday morning?

She is on Zantac, and we have tried new feeding methods and waking her at night for feedings. The local clinic has not provided any answers.
