I am having difficulty lifting my arm due to numbness. I had a CT scan of my neck, which showed ligaments coming over the bone, and my physician recommended seeing a neurosurgeon. What could be causing my arm problem, and what treatments might be necessary?

My baby boy was born with a cataract, had surgery to remove the lens, and now has glaucoma. Despite using four different eye drops (azopt twice a day, lumigan once a day, pilocarpine 4%, and levobunolol twice a day), the glaucoma is not improving. The doctor suggests another surgery to insert a tube for drainage, but I am concerned about the risks and effectiveness of this surgery. Additionally, I noticed that when I stop using some of the drops, the pressure goes down, and the eye appears larger when using the drops. Is there a different eye drop that could be more suitable, and why does my baby's eye look different now after the cataract surgery and glaucoma treatment?
