I am taking medication to reduce blood pressure and lower my heart rate. After 1 month, my readings are 110/79 with a heart rate of 69. Previously, I was in constant AFib with a heart rate over 130 bpm. My family has a history of AFib in 50% of members. I had an ECHO which showed my heart is good. I was experiencing shortness of breath, but that has slowed down. I am seeing a lung specialist next week due to asthma, which was deemed environmental. Should I consider having my heart zapped now that my readings have changed drastically?

I've had pain for the last 6 months or so on my left ovary and I am starting to get very concerned. Should I be? I am 29. The pain comes and goes and can be before or after my period. When it comes, it can be very intense, mostly on my lower left side ovary, and it is not like a cramping pain; it's a long-lasting pain that stays while I'm standing or sitting.
