I am very forgetful and lack awareness of my surroundings unless I concentrate really hard. I often space out, have dead moments during the day, and get lost easily, even with familiar routes. My mind is often unclear, and I have trouble concentrating. I frequently relive funny or bad events in my head, missing what's happening around me. I get frustrated, angry, upset, and sad easily. I also have bad feelings like being watched or that something bad is happening. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and depression and am taking Buspirone HCL and Bupropion HCL for anxiety and depression, but they don't seem to be helping completely. What other treatments or medications could help?

I cut my index finger pretty badly about 5 months ago, near the top knuckle joint. The wound healed fine, but I have pain in the joint when bending or applying pressure, and the swelling never went down. The opposite side of the knuckle also seems to be getting bigger. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My son tried Proactive for about a month and it doesn't seem to work. A dermatologist recommended Adoxa. Is this safe? Is it effective? Also, I understand you cannot drink milk with it and he loves milk. Any way around this?

Could your IgG levels for an infectious disease go down to normal after antibiotic treatment? I tested positive for a previous infection to Tick-borne relapse fever (Borrelia hermsii) with a positive IgG (1:128 on a 1:64 reference range) and negative IgM. After two weeks of IV antibiotic treatment, both my IgM and IgG were in the normal range (negative test). Does this mean the first test was a false positive or is it normal for no antibodies to be detected after treatment?
