I found about 3 lumps overnight in my left breast. They hurt very much, are sore to the touch, my nipple is inverting, and I have a red half circle around my areola. I've also started getting a burning sensation in my belly button area. The lumps are directly under my areola and can be seen. I have no fever and generally feel well other than the constant pain. I am 30 years old, 3 years postpartum, and 1 year post-lactation. I had previous mastitis in the same breast when I was breastfeeding, but with mastitis, I had a fever, which I currently do not have. My breast feels heavier and looks larger than my other breast, and there is a hardening or fullness at the top of the breast. Should I go to my regular GP or the ER as the pain is becoming severe?

I have a small pea-sized lump under the skin of my foot, between the plantar area and the arch. It is painful to touch, but there is no redness or sign of infection. I occasionally experience pain in a larger area around the lump. I had a fracture of the tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal about a year ago, but the lump is not near that area. What could this lump be, and is there any danger in not seeking treatment for a few months?
