I took azithromycin 250 mg for 5 days for a gonorrhea infection but came back a week later. What should I take next?

My girlfriend has been experiencing dizziness and balance problems. She has a history of Diabetes in her family but is otherwise healthy. She recently started taking Omega 3 fish oil, Vitamin D and E, and a calcium pill. Could these be causing her symptoms, or could it be something like Vertigo? She also mentioned feeling nauseous, but we don't think she's pregnant. What are your thoughts?

I am diabetic and also have high cholesterol and high blood pressure. I take Lipitor to lower my cholesterol and Altace to help with my blood pressure. My doctor prescribed Toprol-XL initially at 50 mg, which was not enough, so he added an additional 50 mg, making the dose now 100 mg. I was also given a low dose of hydrochlorothiazide. I have heard that beta-blockers and diuretics can cause problems for people with diabetes. Are there any complications associated with using these medications in diabetics, especially since my diabetes is under very good control on Metformin?
