I fell on the ice on NYE and hit the back of my head hard. I experienced a sharp headache, nausea, cold sweats, and worsening vision since the fall. I did not go to the ER initially. Should I have gone, and should I still be seen by a medical professional?

After dinner, I started to feel a burning sensation at the corner of my mouth on the right side, which also spread to my throat. Now, I feel it at the corner of the left side of my mouth and into my left cheek, with the sensation still present in my throat and the right side of my mouth. I had a margarita with my dinner, and I'm wondering if it's still safe to take Benadryl and how I would know what I'm allergic to since I had the same enchiladas the other night, except for the clementines which I have eaten before.

How can I know if I am overtraining or overexercising? I sometimes push my heart to a heavy load of cardio and feel heartache or burn when I stop or finish my set. Is it wrong to push my heart muscle like that, even though I had a full cardio checkup 8 months ago and everything was good?
