I got hit in the groin on Wednesday, and by Thursday morning, my right testicle was swollen to about 1.5 times the size of the left one. There is also continuous burning pain in my upper abdomen, which worsens when standing and improves when lying down. The right testicle is purple and hurts upon contact. I had an ultrasound, which the doctor diagnosed as colis, but I'm not convinced. I'm 33 years old and from Cameroon. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I suffer from health anxiety and today I stepped on a used condom on the road with my shoes. The used condom could have contained semen with HIV inside it and some of the HIV semen could have gone from the condom onto my shoes and also my car door when parking my car which my bag then touched. Is there any HIV infection risk from my shoes or anything wrong with the contents of my bag? Also, if any of the HIV semen from the car door got inside my bag as my bag was open and the HIV semen got onto any of the bag's contents, is there any risk of HIV infection or anything wrong with the contents of the bag?

I've been experiencing persistent diarrhea for 14 days, accompanied by vomiting and burning pain after consuming tamarind broth. I have no appetite, feel bloated, and am afraid to eat out. I've tried Nexium, Pepto Bismol, Pepcid AC, Zantac, and Immodium without success. How long is too long for this condition, and what further steps should I take?
