My lower thumb joint won't pop and has been hurting for a couple of weeks. It doesn't hurt to straighten out or bend until it is fully bent, but when it is fully bent, it really hurts. How long have you had the pain? What seems to make the pain better or worse?

I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago and broke out in a rash after one week. I have herpes and took an antibiotic last Wednesday, which resulted in a rash by Friday. The female I had unprotected sex with took an oral quick test for HIV, which came out negative, but she ate 15 minutes within taking the test. I have a slight tightness/cramping sensation and a burning sensation in my left leg, specifically in my calf, which started yesterday.
