I had a sudden gush of blood during a bowel movement, along with a skin-colored round 'polyp-like' object on the toilet paper. I have been bleeding during bowel movements since 2010, but no abnormalities were found during my last colonoscopy in February 2010. Can this be related to my previous condition?

I engaged in intimate activities with a man a year and a half ago, including letting him finger me, making out with him, giving him a hand job, and having pre-cum on my hands. I also noticed small, clear bumps or 'blisters' on my hands and fingers that appear and disappear quickly. Could these activities have led to me contracting HIV or STDs, and what could the bumps be?

I've been experiencing intermittent upper abdominal pain that appears to be triggered by drinking cold beverages or eating. The pain is located approximately 4 inches above the navel and typically occurs immediately upon swallowing. The pain lasts from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes and is not associated with heartburn, indigestion, or cold symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?
