I fell last night and bumped my head, resulting in a red line on my scalp. There are no other symptoms such as dizziness or nausea. Will this go away by itself?

I have been experiencing diarrhea off and on for a couple of weeks, along with a rapid heart rate. I am taking Lomotil and 0.25 mg of Xanax twice daily. I recently moved into my daughter's home and am 70 years old. I also have diabetes and my blood pressure seems to be under control until I panic. Could these symptoms be caused by a panic attack or anxiety?

I'm trying to stop taking 39 ml of Paxil, but I'm addicted to it. I stopped about a week ago, and everything was okay, but last night, my panic attacks came back, especially when I'm in bed trying to sleep.
