I had breast reconstruction surgery on March 10th and have a small black pinhole on my scar line that is draining a little bit of clear fluid. The pinhole is on the side that had radiation. The doctor doesn't think it will heal and suggests additional surgery with smaller implants. I don't understand why such a small issue won't heal and why I need more surgery. My medical history includes breast cancer, double mastectomy with expanders, radiation, and a previous surgery where I had to go with smaller implants due to slow healing from radiation.

I've noticed a very slight dull ache in my lower pelvic region that started a week ago. I think it might be due to having intercourse after a period of inactivity. Could this be due to soreness from resuming sexual activity more frequently?

I had a blood test which showed my iron level was 27 µg/dl, MCV-76.3 fl, MCH-24.4 pg, MCHC-31.9%, RDW-17.7%, and tbili-1.7 mg/dl, all of which were marked as abnormal. I am often fatigued and have daily joint pain, often symmetrical with some swelling in my knee joints. I have tried every iron pill but they all make me sick. What could this be indicative of?

Is it common to have a gush of blood like peeing then nothing besides cramps? I've been experiencing nausea and cramping for a few weeks. I had a positive pregnancy test that then came back negative. I have a severe headache that feels like a combination of migraine and tension, with shooting pain on top of my head, pain around my whole head, and sensitivity to light and touch. I also experience nausea, dizziness, and increased pain with movement. I've taken multiple Advil and other medications, but the pain persists. I'm scared it might be something serious like an aneurysm or brain tumor. What could be causing this and how can I manage it safely?
