I have a darker spot on the bottom side of my penis that hurts when I masturbate after a few minutes. I have had this for at least 10 years and I am not diabetic. What could be causing this pain and how can it be treated?

34-year-old female with persistent moderate to severe left flank and abdominal pain, fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, high blood pressure, and heart rate. Bloodwork and CT scan without contrast showed small stones in the right kidney but nothing on the left side. Symptoms have been ongoing for about a year, increasing in intensity until they are constant, leading to being mostly bed-bound. Past medical history includes surgery to remove a parathyroid adenoma and a pilonidal cyst. Other chronic conditions include chronic fever, psoriasis, chronic erythema nodosum, hidradenitis suppurativa, and chronic anal fissure. An upper endoscopy and colonoscopy showed mild gastritis but were otherwise unremarkable. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have sore joints (especially my hands), blood in my urine, and my Antinuclear Antibody test was 1:160 (high). My hands are very sore, and I don't seem to have any other symptoms of Lupus or Rheumatoid Arthritis. What could this be?

My daughter was given 250/5 ml amoxicillin for an ear infection. She's 3 years old and weighs about 33 pounds. I've been told to give her 10ml twice daily. Is this correct?

I have been feeling lethargic and anxious over the last three days. I have an odd feeling on the left side of my chest, not pain, but like someone pressing lightly with a finger. My blood pressure readings range from 126/82 to 156/82, and I take blood pressure medication. I have gone to the ER before for similar feelings and was told it's not a heart attack. I have an appointment with my physician scheduled for Tuesday. Should I go to the ER again or wait until I see my doctor?

I am 51 and on a low-dose oral contraceptive pill (Beyaz) to manage perimenopausal symptoms. My recent lab results show extremely low estrogen and progesterone levels, indicating postmenopausal status, despite being on the pill. I experience intense fatigue, breakthrough bleeding, night sweats, and body aches. My thyroid levels are normal, and I take Levothyroxine. Why are my symptoms not being controlled by the pill, and what other options should I consider for hormone replacement therapy?
