I have a new sexual partner and the first time we were together we had oral sex, and my partner's penis became irritated from the inside (like a kidney infection) with itching and burning (no discharge). After that, we had intercourse with a condom and it came back severely. It seems that whenever I touch him, he gets irritated and it goes away when I'm not with him for a while. He tried an antibiotic, which seemed to work until we were together again. I have been to my gynecologist and was given a topical cream for some irritation, although I feel fine. What could be causing this? It started orally, and it hurts him from the inside first, then irritates the outside. This is very frustrating. Do you have any answers?
