I have a rash covering most of my body. It's pink, slightly raised, and doesn't itch. I've tried antihistamines with no effect. The rash is slightly colored flat bumps that are slightly raised, affecting my forearms, torso, thighs, and lower legs, but not my neck. There are also some marks on my scrotum and shaft of my penis, which are flat, pinky/red, and slightly shiny. The rash has emerged over the course of 3-4 days and I've had it for about 5 days in total. I have no other symptoms, no fever, and no significant past medical illnesses. I'm allergic to pollen, pine sap, some glues, and certain soaps, but this rash doesn't resemble any past allergic reactions.

My ESR level is 26, AST is 41, and ALT is 67. My anti_HAV is Reactive and HBs Antibody is Reactive 339. Is there anything to worry about?
