After using liquid antibiotics (Amoxicillin), I left them outside the fridge for 15 minutes. Is it okay to use them again next time?

I have several concerning health issues including high WBC in urine, moderate leukocyte esterase, high squamous epithelial cells, and weight loss despite a consistent diet. My blood test shows normal WBC, slightly low hemoglobin and hematocrit, and normal MCV. I also have hemiagenesis (only a right lobe of the thyroid). I was diagnosed with multiple fluid-filled cysts and two probable non-malignant adenomas, and two 4cm x 4.5-5cm lesions in my thyroid in October 2007. A repeat ultrasound in January 2008 shows no changes in the findings but now includes a new cyst elsewhere in my thyroid. Should I be concerned?
