I have a spider bite on my back, next to the spine, which is a very hard, swollen bump the size of a silver dollar. The bite is causing local pain, sharp and stingy, and muscular ache, making it difficult to stand or sit for long periods. There is another patch of bites nearby that are red, inflamed, and swollen, but without the muscular and sharp pains. How should I treat this?
