I have a spontaneous hematoma in my spinal canal, causing paralysis from the ribs down. I want to compare my recovery possibilities to another patient's case, who had paralysis from just above the nipple line down. I am concerned about the recovery process, strange sensations like electrical shocks down my spine to my feet, headaches, and worsening numbness in the mornings. Could these symptoms be related to nerve damage, a CSF leak, or something else?

I had a vein start bleeding in the bottom of my scrotum after itching there and it is taking a bit to quit bleeding. It is a steady slow drip. Is there anything I can do to get it to clot so that I don't have to go into the ER?

I fell last night and bumped my head, resulting in a red line on my scalp. There are no other symptoms such as dizziness or nausea. Will this go away by itself?

I have been experiencing diarrhea off and on for a couple of weeks, along with a rapid heart rate. I am taking Lomotil and 0.25 mg of Xanax twice daily. I recently moved into my daughter's home and am 70 years old. I also have diabetes and my blood pressure seems to be under control until I panic. Could these symptoms be caused by a panic attack or anxiety?

I'm trying to stop taking 39 ml of Paxil, but I'm addicted to it. I stopped about a week ago, and everything was okay, but last night, my panic attacks came back, especially when I'm in bed trying to sleep. It starts with anxiety, followed by crazy thoughts, cold and hot sweats, and feeling like I'm passing out. What can I do to manage these panic attacks and stay away from the pills?

I have had 5 episodes of watery diarrhea and today I feel nauseous. I have been taking anti-diarrhea medicine but it hasn’t helped. What could be causing this and what should I do?
