For about 6 years, I have had a shoulder that pops or clicks loudly and violently when I rotate my dominant arm in a big circle. I can also pop the other shoulder, but not as loudly. I played baseball and basketball in high school but never dislocated my shoulder. Why is my shoulder like this? Should I be concerned?

I seem to be having a reaction to some hair dye. I colored my hair late Thursday night. Friday I had some scalp itching. Saturday morning I noticed some uneven facial swelling. I washed my hair thoroughly and began to take over the counter Benadryl. This morning (Sunday) my whole face is swollen including around my eyes. The itching does seem less than originally, but the swelling has progressed over the last 24 hours. I have no respiratory problems, just the swelling. Has it been long enough that I should just let the reaction run its course and treat at home, or should I go to a clinic?

I've noticed blood in my semen with no associated pain, burning when urinating, or current medication use. This has occurred intermittently, including once a few months ago and a couple of times about two or three weeks ago. I am 57 years old and had a PSA test and prostate exam within the last year, as well as a colonoscopy two years ago that checked clean.
