I quit smoking 17 days ago and have experienced sore throat, sinus pain, ear pain, and now shortness of breath or chest tightness. My pulse ox readings are normal, and my doctor checked me out and found no infection. Is this normal after quitting smoking, and what can I do about it?

I have been experiencing various skin issues and pain in my genital and buttock areas for the past 2.5 months. Initially, I had a rash on my scrotum that turned into a blister, followed by a rash on my upper inner thigh, and now I have pain at the tip of my penis and in my buttocks. I have been tested for herpes and other STDs, all of which came back negative. I am currently taking fluconazole for a suspected yeast infection and have been prescribed Keflex for possible bacterial infection. I am experiencing burning sensations on my thighs and buttocks, and recently developed white spots on my outer upper thigh that are painful to touch. Additionally, I have a red dot on my penis that appears to be a friction burn from rough sex. What could be causing these symptoms and what steps should I take for relief?
