I have been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and then changed to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome type 3 with advanced rheumatologic disease. However, a new rheumatologist in a different town has ruled out these diagnoses, stating that I do not have any form of rheumatologic disease and only have minimal osteoarthritis. Despite this, I experience extreme pain and stiffness in my joints, especially in my hands. Why do I have so much pain and swelling if there is only minimal arthritis, and do the hands tell the whole story of my condition?

I have been experiencing a variety of symptoms for about a year, including severe GI symptoms, stomach pain, vomiting, severe tinnitus, fatigue, muscle and joint pain, visual changes, paresthesias, ongoing vomiting, constipation, and weight loss of 35 lbs. I have had normal MRI, EEG, and blood tests (except for low Vit D and testosterone, which are now normal), and a CT scan showed a small adrenal mass consistent with a functioning adenoma. Could this mass be causing my symptoms, and should I consult a surgeon?

I had anal intercourse for the first time 5 days ago and now I'm experiencing anal itching, burning, pressure, and a feeling like my insides are coming out. It hurts to sit, stand, and walk.
