I have been diagnosed with post nasal drip, which has been causing severe coughing, especially at night, and nasal blockage when lying down, leading to sleep problems. My doctor prescribed Carbocistene (Mucodyne) and nasal drops, which helped for a short period but the symptoms have returned. I am looking for additional measures or treatments that might help alleviate these symptoms.

I have been experiencing shingles on my scalp for about 3 years, particularly on the same side where I had brain surgery. The blisters are filled with liquid and are very painful with burning, especially when infected. I also have a fever and swelling under the plate where my BAHA is. I can't afford the Valtrex prescribed by my doctor, and I've been to two infectious disease doctors who suggested it might be Lupus or Hodgkins disease. What should I do for treatment?

I have a constant dull pain under my right rib cage that has been present since 2008. The pain sometimes feels like heaviness under my right breast and worsens when I'm hungry. Additionally, the right side of my body feels slightly numb compared to the left. I've had various tests, including a check on my gallbladder, which showed no issues. There is rarely any back pain. What could be causing this pain and what should I do next?
