I am a breastfeeding mother who chews tobacco and I fear my son may be affected by it. He's been spitting up a few times a day. I'm willing to try to stop or slow down but I'm wondering if it will reverse any negative effects it's had on my son or if there's anything else I should do for him along with quitting?

I am looking to speak to an MRO or an individual familiar with the review process for positive drug screenings. I have been suffering from a severe URI for the past 10 days, including a very sore throat and severe coughing fits that have caused vomiting and breathlessness. On days 7 and 8, I took my husband's Guaiatussin AC syrup during coughing fits. On day 9, I was drug tested for a new position at work, and on day 10, I was informed that my drug test came back positive for codeine. I am in a line of work where drug abuse has serious consequences, and I am extremely worried about what this positive drug screen means for my professional reputation and my job.
