I am in love with my husband who works a lot and loves his job. We both have businesses and two children. I feel distant and unloved because we rarely have conversations, and when we do, he doesn't understand my emotional needs. He spends little time with our daughters and finds it difficult to cope with my emotions, especially after my father's death. I need emotional support, but he can't provide it. How can I improve our relationship and ensure emotional support for both of us?

I have been experiencing extreme trouble breathing and very tight chest for a few months now. I have asthma and have been insufflating pain pills for 7 years off and on. I haven't told any doctors about the insufflation, only about the breathing and chest tightness. I have had multiple chest X-rays, a CT scan with contrast, and an echocardiogram, all of which have come back normal. I feel that 75% of the time when I insufflate a pill, it causes me to use my nebulizer. If I've caused any damage, why would none of these tests show anything? I know I need to stop doing this and I'm working on it, but I'm very concerned about my breathing.

Why do I get recurring yeast infections?

I have a pulsing sensation behind and above my right knee, just a bit to the inside. I started noticing it about 15 minutes ago, and it's continued unabated. I'm concerned about a DVT since I took a five-hour car ride through the mountains yesterday (though we did stop to walk around a bit about half way through). I'm a 28-year old male, and my family does have a history of blood clots. Is this something I should be concerned about and seek immediate attention for, or something that I should wait to see if it dissipates?
