I have been experiencing very heavy menstrual bleeding for 5 days now, soaking at least one sanitary napkin per hour and passing large clots the size of a golf ball. I am also feeling lethargic and weak, and I have been sick with a cold/flu for the past 5 days. I had a cold cone procedure for severe dysplasia in January, and my doctor said my endometrial lining was quite thin at that time. What could be causing this heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

I'm 24 years old and have never had irregular menstrual periods. My boyfriend has a history of genital herpes, but I've never shown any symptoms. I have one child and had an abortion three months ago. For the past two months, my menstrual cycle has come twice in one month and usually occurs during sex two weeks after the original cycle. I have no pain, it just comes. Last month, I took a pregnancy test which came back negative. What could be wrong with me?

I recently had a blood test that showed my fertility is very low. What does this mean and why is this happening? I have had 2 children and I had the Mirena coil in for 5 years which was taken out in August 2010.
