I have brown stringy discharge coming from my clit area. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and there are sometimes big gross clots that seem to have mucous on them. I have had an ultrasound at 14 weeks and another booked at 17 weeks, but no one can explain the clots that are at times 2x the size of a quarter. I've been spotting for weeks and my lower abdomen down into my vagina hurts when I roll over in bed or cough or sneeze. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I took a vitamin D (25 Hydroxy cholic acid cefirol) test and the result is 64.3. I am always dehydrated and experiencing hair loss and fatigue. How can I lower my vitamin D levels and address these symptoms?

I’ve had chest pains, belching, and occasional nausea for the last three days. Is it related to my stomach or could it be heart-related? I’m 41, overweight, on blood pressure medication, and have a family history of heart issues. The pain is centered on the left side of my chest and radiates slightly to my back. It feels better when I stand up and move around, and it worsens after eating.

I had a hemorrhoidectomy yesterday. When I removed the bandage this morning, the anus looked normal, but now it looks bumpy, like I have hemorrhoids again. The hemorrhoids are brown, not the usual pink, raw flesh-looking like before. I have pain, light bleeding, and no itching. Is this normal, and should I be seen by my surgeon earlier than my follow-up appointment in a week?

I've been smoking and drinking heavily the past few days and passed two black bowel movements this afternoon. My stomach doesn't really hurt but it's felt kind of queasy. Should I go to a doctor?
