I noticed some peeling skin on the side of my penis a couple of days ago, which now has turned into a dry spot with some irritation. I had a recent encounter with a girl involving foreplay but no intercourse. Could this be a yeast infection, and if so, can I use Lotrimin (which I used for athlete's foot before)? Could it be something else, and what are the symptoms of male yeast infections?
